Welcome to our Shipping and Returns Policy page. We are committed to providing you with a fast and reliable service while respecting your rights as a consumer.

1. Delivery

Delivery areas

We deliver to:

  • Metropolitan France
  • The French Overseas Territories, including Reunion.
  • The countries of the European Union.
  • Internationally, including: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR of China, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, United States, Israel.

For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us at contact@mc-nation.com.

Delivery methods and costs

We offer several delivery options:

  • Standard : Delivery in 3 to 10 working days (depending on destination).

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. They will be indicated before confirming your order.

Order processing times

All orders are processed within 48 hours (working days) after payment confirmation.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to follow your package in real time.

2. Returns

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay penalties.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • Contact us at contact@mc-nation.com specifying your order number.
  • Complete the withdrawal form available [here/link to form].

Return conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact and in their original packaging.
  • Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return, except in the event of a defect or non-conformity.

Return costs

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to avoid any issues.

Refund

Once the return has been received and validated, the refund will be made within 14 days via the same payment method used when ordering.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, we invite you to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order.

4. Damaged or defective products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with:

  • A photo of the damaged product.
  • A description of the problem.

We will offer you a suitable solution: replacement, repair or refund.
